Jim Blackstock Communications Ltd was set up in 2004 to provide effective copywriting, PR, marketing and communications and editorial services, initially to the rally, motorsport, automotive and publishing industries before broadening its coverage. 

Its founder, Jim Blackstock, is a former magazine editor who went on to manage the PR departments for teams competing in the FIA World Rally Championship, as well as a well-known engine manufacturer operating across all forms of motorsport.

Jim Blackstock Communications Ltd specialises in copywriting, PR and marketing services, media liaison and publishing services for print and digital media.

Copywriting skills are based on 27 years of communicating a variety of messages through written words. PR skills have been honed while representing teams, manufacturers and personalities throughout the motoring and motorsport sectors, while marketing expertise has been developed across magazines and motorsport using both above and below-the-line activity.

Publishing experience has been developed on market-leading print magazines, website content generation for teams and athletes and a range of consumer-facing titles, including the official magazine and website for one of three FIA World championships.
